I make items
available for sale on eBay through both auctions and through my two eBay
stores. The items sold on eBay are in my possession from the time they
are listed until they are either shipped or the listing is pulled from
eBay. Each item sold on eBay is described in
detail, including any deficiencies, and is carefully packed prior to
shipping. All items shipped are sent through the USPS or UPS, based upon
the purchaser's decision at checkout. The purchaser will receive a
tracking number when the item is shipped. Items sent by UPS
automatically include insurance up to $100. Additional UPS insurance and
USPS insurance is based upon the purchaser's decision at checkout.
Generally, items sold through eBay may only be
returned if they are significantly not as described, and must be
returned within three (3) business days from receipt as proven by the
tracking number. Request an RMA number (Return
Merchandise Authorization) prior to returning the item. The RMA number
must be clearly written on the outside of the box/envelope.
RMA numbers can be obtained through the contact information on this
site's home page.
Note: Returns received without the RMA number
clearly written on the outside of the box/envelope will be refused.
In the unlikely event that an item is received broken,
the purchaser should file a claim with the appropriate shipping company
(UPS or USPS).
Some items may not be returned. This will be noted in
the specific item's listing on eBay.
All items listed on eBay will include a specific
return policy for that item. If the return policy listed on the item's
eBay listing differs from what's shown here, the policy on the item's
eBay listing will prevail.
